About us
We are a small mixed, non-denominational school for 4-11 year olds, near Boston, Lincolnshire. Serving the Communities of Amber Hill, Brothertoft, Holland Fen, Hubberts Bridge, Kirton Fen and Langrick

Our School Day

Children are expected to arrive punctually for the start of the school day at 8.55am. Persistent lateness will be investigated by the school. The playground is supervised from 8.45am. when the school bus arrives.

Morning Playtime
10.30 - 10.45am

Dinner time
KS1     12.00 -  1.05pm
KS2     12.00 - 12.55pm

Afternoon Play
2.10 - 2.20pm

The school day finishes at 3.15pm. (The children of Class 1 who do not commute by bus are not let out of school unless there is someone to meet them.)

If you change your usual arrangements please let the teacher know.

Snacks Because many of our children face an extended day due to having to travel on the school bus, we allow all children to bring a healthy snack to sustain them through the morning. Free fruit is provided for all children. Crisps, chocolates and sweets are not  allowed.

Playground
The playground is divided into sections to enable the Children to play safely

The Quiet zone
Children can eat their fruit; sit on the bench or stand and talk.

The Football zone
One game of football takes place, which anybody can join in.

The Main area
Children can run around, skip, and use a ball to throw, bounce or catch.

Lunchtime
There is one sitting at lunchtime at 12 o’clock
